購入に関するご注意

書体や雰囲気について

名前を漢字に変換をお申込みの方は初めに書体や雰囲気をお知らせいただいています。書体には、楷書・行書・篆書などから選んでいただいて、雰囲気は優しい・力強くなどお知らせください。

発送について

お申込みいただいて・決済後、制作に取り掛かり制作に2週間いただいております。（墨色のみ）発送については、発送先にもよりますが到着までのお時間は発送時にお知らせいたします。

お選びいただく作品について

制作に入ってからまず、3パターン書かせていただきます。その中から１つを選んでいただき、その一つを作者が書き込んで仕上げるます。最終的にはご依頼人さんの好みで選んでいただきますので2回目に提示した中から選んでいただくことになるます。

■ 納期について

納期は、「名前を漢字に変換して書道家が直筆」はデータコンテンツで約2週間いただいています。白地の掛け軸に直筆の場合は3週間ほど、本掛け軸に仕立てる場合は、業者に発注しますので、2か月ほどの予定です。現在、カラーブラッシュアートのご依頼は行っておりませんが、カラーの場合は1か月～3か月いただいております。和紙を使用する場合はそれ以上かかる場合がございます。

キャンセル・返品ついて

制作してからのキャンセルや返品は一切受け付けておりませんので何卒ご了承ください。

Notes on purchase

About font and atmosphere

If you are applying to convert your name to kanji, you will first be asked to let us know the font and atmosphere. For the font, please choose from regular script, semi-cursive script, or seal script, and for the atmosphere, please let us know whether you would like it to be gentle or strong.

About shipping

After you apply and pay, we will start production and it will take two weeks to complete. (Ink color only) Regarding shipping, we will notify you of the arrival time at the time of shipping, depending on the shipping destination.

About the work you will choose

When we start production, we will first write three patterns. You will choose one of them, and the artist will write and finish it. In the end, it will be up to the client to choose according to their preference, so you will have to choose from the ones presented in the second round.

■ About delivery time

The delivery time for "Convert your name to kanji and have a calligrapher handwrite it" is about two weeks for data content. If it is handwritten on a white hanging scroll, it will take about three weeks, and if it is made into a real hanging scroll, it will be ordered from a company, so it is expected to take about two months. We are not currently accepting requests for color brush art, but for color, it will take 1 to 3 months. If Japanese paper is used, it may take longer.

About cancellations and returns

Please note that we do not accept cancellations or returns after production.
