2. 作品の仕様・真作保証
すべて一点もの（Original Artwork）:
掲載作品はすべて作家（鎌田 惺舟）による現物原画、または手作りの帯バッグです。同一のものは二つと存在しない一点ものとなります。
真作保証とサイン:
全作品に作家の直筆サインおよび落款が入ります。
受注制作について:
作品の品質と創作のインスピレーションを維持するため、原則としてオーダーメイドや受注制作は承っておりません。現品限りの販売となります。
3. ご購入前のご注意事項（手仕事・画材の特性）
色彩・質感の表示について:
お使いのモニター環境や照明条件により、掲載画像と実物の色味や立体感が若干異なって見える場合がございます。
手漉き和紙と素材の風合い:

6. 返品・交換・キャンセルについて（特約事項）
お客様都合による返品:
美術品・一点ものの性質上、ご注文確定後のお客様都合（イメージ違い、サイズ間違いなど）によるキャンセル、返品、交換はお受けいたしかねます。
破損・不良品への対応:
万が一、お届け時に輸送中の明らかな破損や汚損が認められた場合は、商品到着後 3日以内 に作品および梱包状態の写真を添えてお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。運送会社と連携の上、適切に対応（返金対応等）させていただきます。
7. 著作権について
購入された作品の所有権はお客様に移転しますが、作品の著作権および知的財産権は作家（鎌田 惺舟 / Color Brush Art）に帰属します。
作品の画像や意匠を無断で複製、転載、商業利用、二次加工することは法律により禁じられています。

2. Artwork Specifications and Authenticity Guarantee
All are One-of-a-Kind (Original Artwork):
All featured works are original artworks or handmade obi bags by the artist (Seishu Kamata). No two are identical; each is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece.
Authenticity Guarantee and Signature:
All works are signed and sealed by the artist.
Regarding Custom Orders:
To maintain the quality of the artwork and the artist's creative inspiration, we generally do not accept custom orders or made-to-order pieces. Sales are limited to the available stock.
3. Important Notes Before Purchase (Characteristics of Handmade Art Materials)
Regarding the Display of Color and Texture:
Due to monitor settings and lighting conditions, the color and three-dimensionality of the actual product may differ slightly from the images shown.
Texture of Handmade Washi Paper and Materials:

We will deliver your order using a shipping method with tracking and insurance (Yamato Transport Takkyubin / Yu-Pack, etc.).

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations (Special Provisions)
Returns due to customer reasons:
Due to the nature of artwork and one-of-a-kind items, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons (such as differences in image or incorrect size) after the order has been confirmed.
Handling of Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that you find obvious damage or soiling during transit upon delivery, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product, attaching photos of the artwork and packaging. We will work with the shipping company to take appropriate action (such as providing a refund).
7. Copyright
While ownership of the purchased artwork transfers to the customer, the copyright and intellectual property rights of the artwork belong to the artist (Kamata Seishu / Color Brush Art).
Unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, commercial use, or modification of images and designs from this work is prohibited by law.
